CANCELLATION FLEXIBILITY

To confirm your stay, we require a deposit within 5 days of booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, but:

- if it occurs within 7 days of your arrival, you can use it to confirm a future booking even after a year!

- if it occurs within 7 days prior to arrival, it will be retained as reimbursement for expenses.

There is also an INSURANCE SERVICE available which, upon payment of a premium within 5 days of sending the deposit, provides for the REFUND of the deposit directly from the insurance company in certain cases of cancellation (please read the policy conditions carefully).
